Hi, I have an Ileostomy through Crohn's; which was originally a Colostomy, until it went wrong again - I've been an ostomate for five years anyway, and I still cannot digest vegetables except mashed potato (I can't even digest hash browns), and all fruit just goes through me, as well as all dairy except small amounts of block cheddar cheese. I am in remission, but this still goes on day after day, does anyone else have this problem? and if so what do you do please. I cannot take vitamin or Calcium pills, or have Iron supplements, as they cause me to have Epileptic fits, so I am stuck. Also is it normal to pass out white/cream stools when nothing different has changed in the diet? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, I'm new to the OMS diet, but did the Swank diet for about 12 months a few years back before turning back over to the dark side. One goal I have this time around is to avoid losing a ton of weight like I did on the Swank diet. I'm already a skinny guy and am not a big fan of loose clothing and being told I look sickly skinny...Any pointers for keeping the pounds on? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References https://overcomingms.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4071 Promotional Marketing Video Thanks

If it may be because of too much exercise and little food, does the healthcare sister have to tell my parents if I'm in good shape? Or can I try to correct my diet myself? And if things happen to my body because of this, can I fix it again, for example, if I get a headache? Or is it something that I possibly never want to get away? And is there anything else that could be one this? Eat 4-5 times a day, and maybe quite large portions compared to those around me so hope it's not, but weighing a little bit (my weight now varies every week from 51-54) and it may be a good idea to I actually need to eat more than the big amount I'm eating now? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet References: https://www.ung.no/oss/helse/275373.html Promotional Marketing Example Thanks!
